Looks like it is still rendering. If you zoom is to the closest level, the track is shown as a solid line. Probably need to wait a few more hours.
I've done quite a few trips with it and its never been a problem just having it in my pocket. The GPS also picks up a signal in the house with no problems.
I'm going to just put it down to one of those days.
Nope, definitely didn't travel through the buildings the GPS data said I did.
I'm not sure if it had something to do with the clocks going back an hour this past weekend and the GPS being incorrect. The only other possibility I can think of is a poor signal in the area that day.
Ah, yes the typical specialist snob. Unfortunately there are people like this in any area of interest (be it music, sports, computing, etc).
I think it comes from a time when things such as mapping were difficult and required specialist knowledge and years of experience. With the increase in GPS and ease of use, these people still like to pretend it should be as hard for everyone as it was for them.
Either that or they just like to pretend they know something that not many people care about.
