Please adjust if I've done something incorrect

Adding more clarity around house access, marking driveway as private to avoid thru traffic that won't be able to pass.

Driveway. Because it's so long, people are often routed through to get to the street behind us. We want deliveries for us to be able to arrive, but to avoid having tons of strangers drive in our yard.
