There is no explicit bicycle=no signage here so I have removed the bicycle=no tagging from https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/386949332/history . It is a PF but there is no legal right to even push a bicycle up here, so data consumers should assume "no".

Added "bicycle:pushing=no" to make it obvious to even the most rabid cyclist that "no, you have no right to bring your bike here even if pushing it".

For safety reasons this path is for pedestrians and powered wheelchairs ONLY. No bicycles, no motorcycles, no horses
