Driveway with private property signs

No reason to name an access street for a trail if this doesn't follow naming conventions in town. Unless the street on the west side of Laudermilch should be renamed as well.

Saving new jughandle, traffic light leading into Witmer/Grayson Rd from 322 Eastbound. Changed existing traffic light at 322 Eastbound to reflect no more left turn access.

Adding areas in Chadwick

Chadwick Beach tag was somehow way down in Lavalette, removed it since there is already a Chadwick Beach in the proper location.

Smoothing some streets

Changing service road to path due to its multi-use designation as a horse and hiking trail as well. Part of a larger 140 mile trail through PA.
