Tweaked odd connection from footpath to road.

Extended footpath to road for route planners - was just linked to area boundary. Added both gates which are normally open but they reserve the right to close them occasionally.

Corrected anomoly where private service road on towpath was extend too far, meaning mapping engines wouldn't allow access to the bridge - even though all part of the towpath. Split service road at actual gate with private & public set appropriately.

Linked footpaths as per survey - added one along disused rail line which isn't marked up as a footpath so mapping tools wouldn't display.
