Corrected building tag to a church; Building does host a School but it's towards the back of the building and not in front.

Reworked the strcuture to match it's current day scale. Re-drew driveway to it's correct boundaries.

I extended the boundaries of the Scrubs and modify to reflect the actual coverage of the area. Previously the Boundaries of the Scrubs was limited to the stairs, despite the fact both overlap with each other.
