Columbia St no longer provides access to the 'old' Alaskan Way (now the ferry access road). Extended bus route to correct starting location.

From site survey: added bus lane and stop to east of Alaskan Way. Added exit route for drop-off/pick-up vehicles not intending to board ferry. Connected ferry access road to intersection rather than the now-closed Alaskan Way South.
