Extended footpath into new part of Terminal MSC

Added the holdroom IDs for the new gates at MSC South and moved the apron centerlines so they are better represented. The lines are the map are obsolete and represent the old ramp. The new gates are all for Group III aircraft (A321 or smaller)

Removed airside elements of terminal 5. Can someone help to remove the rest of the apron, I can't seem to remove the part around the Terminal 5 building. Area has been barricaded as is now a construction area.
