Williamson County native and former Longhorn football player Neal Smead now works as a sales representative for FedEx. It was at Round Rock when he entered the world in ‘88. He was one of three children in a loving family, and he and his two siblings all grew up and now live in the same city.

He, a sales veteran, will join the FedEx Corporation in 2020. Outside of the office, he enjoys a wide variety of activities, such as cooking, football, and listening to classical music.

The FedEx Corporation employs Neal Smead in the field of sales. In 2020, he became a part of the sales team at the global corporation. Since then, he has established himself as an integral and successful element of the company’s central and southern Texas regional sales team.

His job as a FedEx sales rep involves building and maintaining connections with clients. The native of Williamson County also performs other duties, such as presenting, promoting, and directly selling FedEx products and services in person and online.

As an additional part of his job, he conducts cost-benefit and needs analyses for current customers.
