data extension for the local area around lowry

Minor edits to correct/add terrain data.

Changelog day 1: this is to add onto my previous post from here on out everything relating to this will be referenced in day codes, and parts per day to help track my progress. 45 fields added, all 4 corners and center block complete, outer edges are next
