Added locations in the area and fixed building outlines.

Added a couple hotels and resturants. Fixed off-mark building outlines.

The residential outline covered a broad area of both residential and commercial buildings. It was also not drawn carefully as its lines intersected buildings and other properties within specific boundaries.
