Lacey Flanagan has always been interested in art. She knew she wanted to be a creative professional from a young age, but she wasn’t sure where her career would take her. The colors she saw around her inspired her wherever she went. Despite her interest in musical instruments, she preferred to create beautiful artwork with her hands. When she was in school, she took as many classes as she could in order to figure out what her passion would be. She eventually settled on painting.

She studied in a variety of subjects. She experimented with sculptures, canvases, nature, and various paints. She was always drawn to bright, vivid colors, believing that they held a special meaning for her. She employs these colors in an attempt to bring out something new in everything she works with. She was confident that her commitment to her creative field would bring out the best in all of her subjects. That is precisely what occurred.

Ultimately, her main goal is to make people happy. She understands that there is a lot of stress in the world right now, and she believes that if someone can leave those stresses behind for even a few seconds while looking at her artwork, it will be worth it. She is inspired by a variety of creative sights in her surroundings. She is exposed to a lot of things that most people do not see on a regular basis because she lives in the wilderness of Maine. She could go for a walk down Main Street, a stroll through the forest, or a relaxing stroll along the coast.
