Kemtal Glasgow, based in Dallas, Texas, is a renowned Leadership Coach and Consultant and the Founder of Victoryville Group LLC. His firm, an executive leadership consulting entity, aids both individuals and organizations in reaching their potential through enhanced communication and management skills. Known for his dynamic speaking, he excels in forging exceptional leaders and ensuring his teams deliver superior customer service and perform at high levels.
He has masterfully led numerous expansions, propelling teams into new markets through innovative training and strategic development. His adept use of key performance indicators (KPIs) helps him formulate strategic plans that ensure focused decision-making and operational success.
Kemtal’s expertise in boosting employee engagement and customer satisfaction has driven his success in sales through pioneering customer service and loyalty programs. He has developed several impactful training programs, including The Triomphe Situational Leadership Model(™). He has effectively implemented The Four Disciplines of Execution (4DX) in various nonprofit organizations, helping them identify and execute their primary goals.
His journey began after graduating from triOS College in 2001 with a degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), which prepared him for numerous IT-related roles. He joined TJX Canada, where he rapidly advanced through several positions, eventually overseeing many stores across Western Canada. His direct involvement in over 40 new store openings, including the first 6 HomeSense stores in Canada, underscores his remarkable capabilities in retail management.
In 2007, he shifted to a role as Director of Leadership Development at Global Expeditions, where he honed his mentoring and motivational skills. He was later promoted to Executive Director of Acquire the Fire, leading nearly 100 staff and introducing new products and efficiencies.
As an executive pastor at a large nondenominational evangelical church in Texas, he managed multiple campus locations and later focused on supporting those hurt by religious institutions. He also encouraged pastors through his role in AFCM International’s Southern Plains Region.
Today, Kemtal Glasgow continues to be influential as a guest lecturer and enjoys mentoring the next generation of leaders as the managing partner of Victoryville Group. He is grateful for his experiences in vocational ministry and is committed to aiding those affected by the church. His ongoing dedication to leadership development and ability to inspire and guide make him a respected figure.
