OpenStreetMap
There are lots of ways to turn OSM editing/updating into game/quest like activities. One of them is the app “Street Complete” which is great for use “on the go”. Should be great on a bicycle perhaps.
Other notes: MapwithAI is working with OSM to quickly turn imagery into editable features. Unfortunately in a place like HD this will probably result in lots of false roads, as I found with Google Maps in Hubli - ending up next to the airport wall. https://mapwith.ai/#13/-7.95604/31.59543/0/55

I think that Street Complete is an amazing tool for mappers, and I have always had great things to say about it, especially with how user friendly it is.
I have always wanted to introduce it to local Youth organisations like Scouts. The hard part is verifying the data provided is any good. Even when I concentrate hard it can be difficult to keep track of what house number you just added!
I hope you find some local groups near you!
