Moved Harbour Exchange 8/9 6/7 to correct side of road. Added Exchange Tower (HEx 1/2). Marked State Street offices as a building again.

Added missing building, marked footpath as footpath

Reverted part of my last change. Got 20 and 25 Churchill confused.

* Removed road that no longer exists
