minor footpath tweaks around frogmore path

added paths to rubery hill, linking with existing steps and paths. Deleted path in north frankley, across playing field n. of school - this path no longer exists, you can see that it would have to go through the new fence in the lower portion of the field

Added some missing footpaths around headless cross and tweaked a few previous edits, having been to inspect them in person.

Adding in a bunch of little footpaths that were missing as well as changing some from being classed as driveways, since that wasn't quite right and limits how they are sometimes drawn on third party sites. Also tweaked a couple of buildings.
