Hola Vicente, voy a revertir este cambio. Esta bueno dejar la ruta vieja por un tiempo, un año, para evidenciar el cambio.
La ruta que borraste ya estaba tageada en desuso/obsoleta, pq lo que no afecta al ruteo, etc.

Ahi cambié las otras calles en construccion que tenian estas caracteristicas. Los otros tags, como lanes, surface, oneway, etc. cuando el highway=contruction, le quite el prefix

El tramo mencionado de ruta de RN21 a mi entender quedó bien. Al revertir el cambio volvieron los tags construction:lanes. que en este caso me parecen válidos ya q la carretera está activa y con sus lanes específicos. Al resto de las rutas que estaban con highway=construction, le eliminé el consrtuction:highway=* por las razones que comenté antes.
Avísame si crees que hay otra cosa por enmendar/mejorar.

Ahi estoy revirtiendo el cambio. Quitando los construction:highway=*, cuando hay un construction=*.
En cuanto a los construction:lanes, el validador tira error. No le gusta que no encuentra un lanes=*
A mi entender cuando la highway=construction, se debe usar lanes=* en vez de construction:lanes.
solo usaría construction:lanes=* si se trata de una calle vigente que ya tiene lanes=* y se esta ensanchando con más carriles.

disculpa si rompí algo, fue sin intensión.
La edició la hice por una recomendacion de la wiki de construction en una sección posibles errores.

bueno, la cuestión que segui el link a un query overpass turbo donde aparecieron resultados en Argentina.
Si consideras que no estan bien hechos. lo revierto. No hay problema. Avisame.

Hola Vicente. Veo que le quitaste el tag de construction al 2da circunvalacion.
No estuvo bien quitarle el tag.
Cuando la highway es construction hay que indicar que es lo qué tipo de ruta se está construyendo.

Hola Vicente, la ruta tiene el separador New Jersey al medio, y no un espacio verde al medio como las autopistas. Así que cambié la clasificación de acuerdo a la guía de la wiki de Argentina. Saludos

Hola pertile, los 6km pavimentados son, de acuerdo a las imágenes de la noticia, los más cercanos al puebl/ciudad. Y por lo que se explica en la noticia el resto falta. Digo porque el cambio esa al revés.
