Hello and welcome to OpenStreetMap !

It seems there are some mistakes in your changes. In OSM, points of interest are represented with a node or an area, but not by both at the same time. For example, this mosque, node/5075929063, was already represented with this way : way/316903986. You should have modified this way if you wanted to add information, instead of creating a new node.

Also, the mosques are not correctly tagged. A Sunni mosque should be tagged with amenity=place_of_worship, denomination=sunni and religion=muslim. Denomination should always be accompanied with religion.

Thanks for your understanding.

Hi,
Could you please add the appropriate religion to this place of worship ?
You have put a denomination=sunni tag but I want to make sure that it's a mosque and not something else.
Thanks.

Thank you for answering my comment.

Religion is mandatory for a place tagged with amenity=place_of_worship. It is also mandatory when you have a denomination=shia tag.

You should not tag these places incorrectly because iD editor tells you they are mosques. In iD, Christian chapels and monasteries are considered to be church but nobody removed the religion=christian tag to differentiate them from churches. OpenStreetMap doesn't have official tags for the type of place of worship, so I use my own tags : place_of_worship=husayniyyah on husayniyyat and place_of_worship=shrine on imamzadehs.

If you can understand English well, please read this : fixme=*

OK no problem

Hi,
Thank you for answering my comment.
I think you did not understand me correctly.
This is what I am talking about :
way/469025059 was created like this :
amenity = place_of_worship
building = yes
denomination = shia
name = امامزادگان هفت دختران

I changed it to this :
amenity = place_of_worship
building = shrine
denomination = shia
name = امامزادگان هفت دختران
place_of_worship = shrine
religion = muslim

Then you changed it to this :
amenity = place_of_worship
building = shrine
denomination = shia
name = امامزادگان هفت دختران
place_of_worship = shrine

Why did you remove religion=muslim ?
Have a nice day too.

Assalamu Alaykum.
You have not replied to my comment on this changeset : changeset/46385916. Please stop deleting religion tags from places of worships that are not mosques. It does not make any sense.
Thanks.

Assalamu Alaykum,
An imamzadeh is an Islamic place of worship so it should have both denomination=shia and religion=muslim tags.
Also, fixme tag is used to tell other mappers that something is not correct. You should not put your username in this tag.
Thanks.

Hi,
In OSM features are represented by either a point or an area, not by both at the same time. You should not have created nodes like node/4741344857 or node/4741344856.
Could you please remove the duplicates you have created ?
Thanks.

Even if they are not mosques, they are Islamic places of worship so they should have a religion=muslim tag. The religion tag is mandatory for a place tagged with amenity=place_of_worship. It is also mandatory when you have a denomination=shia tag.

OpenStreetMap doesn't have official tags for the type of place of worship, so I use my own tags : place_of_worship=husayniyyah on husayniyyat and place_of_worship=shrine on imamzadehs.

Can you please stop removing religion tags from these places ? Thanks.

As-Salamu Alaykum,
You removed from some places of worship the religion tag. I have previously seen you and other Iranian mappers doing so. Can you please explain me the reason for making such edits? Is it because these are not mosques but husayniyyat and imamzadehs ?
Thanks.

Hi, it seems you have misunderstood the term "point of interest". A poi can also be represented by a building, so you don't need to add a node with the same tags to represent this mosque. Please read osm.wiki/One_feature,_one_OSM_element
