has the same relation as (chongka) (https://pewu.github.io/osm-history/#/relation/13337369)
Are they two different areas? Because the position is the same and overlapping each other. If so, do you know what the relation limits are like?

But I found an issue about relation building in (https://pewu.github.io/osm-history/#/relation/14968564) my question is it one building? If so, the description of the multipolygon is inaccurate because it generates the error " invalidly overlap".
Is it possible to delete the multipolygon relation or not? Referring to here, osm.wiki/Key:building:part maybe the type of relation can be changed to type=building osm.wiki/Relation:building
Or any other suggestions?

(https://pewu.github.io/osm-history/#/relation/12842091). Is that building apartment actually one building?
because you are made a polygon with 4 member outers, and you mapped in all of Apartment Seri Kembangan area in the same way. I think instead of simply creating a multipolygon with 1 member outer (apartment building) and 1 member inner (area inside the apartment). May I modify the relation like that? or have you any other suggestions?

you made relation landuse government with 2 polygon area as outer and they define 1 area.
I think your description of the relationship is inaccurate because it raises the error "multipogon outer way shares segment with other ring" that the outer of relation should not be share nodes with each other.
may I merge the area into one landuse government and make the relation with 1 landuse government as outer and the building dan water body in the inside as inner.

What i want to ask you, are there really 3 train lines there?
