Everything behind the gates is part of the Port and private (no public access. Source: ran by this on Harbor, they definitely wouldn't let me run through here - it's a busy port terminal.

Fix Surface tags on Whitehorse trail. Biked this yesterday. It's paved south of 530 and through the Oso Landslide Memorial. Otherwise it's unpaved/gravel.
