Hi Mateusz. I think the bridge used to exist (as seen in Bing Imagery) but was destroyed (as seen in Maxar Premium Imagery and by searching for news about "Halabiye Bridge"). I don’t know the progress on rebuilding the bridge, although you can see sections of it on the bank downstream. It might be better to tag it using the demolished prefix (demolished=*:), but I think it is helpful to keep a record of the bridge in some form. Thank you for fixing the spelling in the construction tag.
