Although professional meal preparation was Cory Summerhays’s first foray into the fast-paced industry, Summerhays has enjoyed fruitful leadership roles at restaurants in Utah, Idaho, and Colorado. Summerhays, one of the newest members of Tucson, Arizona’s culinary scene, hopes to establish himself quickly and provide diners and foodies in the neighborhood with imaginative, delicious, and devastatingly delicious fusion dishes.

Before relocating to the American Southwest and going solo, chef Cory Summerhays received training in Chicago from some of the best cooks. Summerhays, the chef at a Nevada restaurant with a Caribbean theme, bravely combined Caribbean flair and flavors with time-honored Western standards.
