Added in descriptions for what type of pattern the street pedestrian crossings show.

Added walkways and sidewalks to the area around UTRGV. I also changed the labelling to current walkways to match what they are. Lastly, I did also add in several walking crossings as well as the paths for vehicles at the Raising Canes.

Changed some of the values based on local knowledge. Edits close to the Mission Hike and Bike trails should be accurate based on my experience there, and added some canal accesses. Also added posted speed limits to Tres Lagos area.
