The official Jacobsburg map is terrible. I did my best. I created/updated horseback and MTB route relations, and related them all to two master relations called Jacobsburg Environmental Education Center (horseback and MTB).

These paths were made in the early 2000s as connector paths for the Palmer Bikeway and their width and surface (asphalt and concrete) plus curb cuts indicate they are not merely footpaths.

Like the OLT, the HAST is a dedicated cycleway, and someone has used the preset feature type (general) Path, which undesignated some ways for bikes. Best practice: highway=cycleway + foot=designated

The S 13th and S 51st side paths are not designated for bikes - only 51st's is designated for pedestrians. Other path and crossing cleanup for consistency.
