Added approximate (due to lack of new satellite images on here) path of newly built continuation (Kärdla-Paluküla) of cycle path.

Tweaked Hiiu mnt within Käina for it to more accurately follow the actual road.

Added main footpath of Käina, might have to be cut up as needed, as some gaps without crosswalks were uncomfortably large.
