why do these nodes of the wind park boundary have digits as names?

I don't see any numbers on the nodes. Please supply more information.

someone has moved the park a bit to the west, example node with a name tag (which should probably a ref tag instead, if at all):

Do you want names instead of numbers?
I propose to call wind turbine #30 from node http://www.openstreetmap.org/node/564767244 "Chocolate pudding".

The question is not what I want but what the 30 stands for. As I said it is most probably a reference number and thus ref would be the right OSM key. However, I don't know where the numbers come from thus I did not make that change. In any case a number alone is almost never a valid name.

Maybe drop the user who named those nodes a message? He/she still seems active and this note is going nowhere.
