Many of these roads are surfaced by some form of cobblestones or setts. I've identified a few but the whole area needs considering for this property.
It can get complicated where some sidewalks are cobbled, but the road itself is asphalt (and thus smooth).

Okay, the streets in this area are now properly marked (those are "setts", because OSM’s "cobblestones" are meant for very ancient Middle Age-style paving).
Indeed, sometimes we could use surface:sidewalk=* when the type of surface differs from the main carriageway.
I am closing this note, because it’s more like a generic requirement—and OSM is precisely about improving the map all the time—than a specific point for this street.
