its not landuse=military since 25 years, but its danger area.

You suggesst better tagging for that?

Note " landuse=military obligatorisch" on that page (if wiki is wrong and it is OK to use it also in other situation - wiki may be improved)

It's not used for military purpose anymore, but was used till 1989/90 by russian army. There are still signs which tell pedestrians to keep away from that area because of maybe hidden dangers (grenades, whatever?)
