When I edited this bridge in 2011, I added barrier=block tags on both ends to indicate that is was closed. Since that time, a path has been added on the south bank leading to the bridge. I will need to survey if that bridge is now repaired.
Do you still live nearby? Is it possible to do a site survey and check these so we can resolve the note?
