Hey, is this an ancient milestone or a remnant of a fencepost?

I can't really tell, but from the picture it does not seem to have any holes or remains on the top to be fencepost remains, so I'll lean towards it being milestone of some kind. My idea was that it perhaps might be related to abandoned Samoborček railway which were going there decades ago? But I really have no idea.
