Changed admin boundary on July 1st. Administrative island boundaries in DE might cover parts of water and also cut out parts of land. That's a fact. Never make land area and admin area match in DE! In this case the official admin boundary even is completely shifted with no overlap with the actual island (when Bing aerials are not completly wrong).
