Zoomed in (Scale at 100m/500ft.) the Text is not rendered correctly.

To be exact, on zoom levels 16 and 17, the text is present only on the "east tile" of the two.
On level 16, it is https://a.tile.openstreetmap.org/16/34071/22378.png which doesn't have the text but https://a.tile.openstreetmap.org/16/34072/22378.png has.
On level 17, https://a.tile.openstreetmap.org/17/68143/44756.png lacks the text, but https://a.tile.openstreetmap.org/17/68144/44756.png has it.
We should find a way to force the renderer to recreate the affected tiles. I just made a dummy change and reverted it, but maybe that is something the renderer detects and thus skips rendering.
