Is this a fix camera, could not find it on images....

No it's a movable roadwork camera, it's just been installed last week :)

It's a second one with the other camera at the other end of the town

These camera we do not add in the databse of osm. Raison. Some app are update only 4 or 2 times a year, these cam would be gone ;)

The roadwork time-frame in belgium are veeery long, this one has been running since 2018 and still ongoing (money funds on and off), I'm pretty sure roadwork will still be there at least for one more year. The other camera (osm.org/node/7783834180) has been around this roadwork from the start.

They only did half of the road until now so they still need to do the other half xD
