I have modified the road class to foot path based on os opendata streetview and driver feedback. If you are going to survey or already surveyed this vicinity, please verify the ground truth of this edit and make changes accordingly or do let us know we will make edits.

I have modified road class to footpath based on internal driver feedback and OS Open data street view. Since I'm not aware of the barrier type, I have added barrier=yes. If any local mapper has information regarding the barrier at this place, please tag it accordingly or please let me know, I will make the edits.
