can't tell from aerial imagery (digitalglobe/mapbox satellite) or bing whether there is a small bridge here or not, since i'm on a slow connection and can't get hi-res imagery

I believe the gov wants it to be ambiguous on the base as to how the roads are.

They will have to do a lot better than that, for on all the imageries I checked apart from MD, it's quite clear there is a bridge and the water is continuous.

I was actually mapping in there area just recently. The digitalglobe premium seems to have no blur here. I can resolve this, I think.
