It is a tough call. There is a play ground and picnic tables as well as baseball, soccer fields and track. Lexington county has it listed an an arena and I would argue that part of it is a park. Also, when I've been out there you see lots of families out there and it just feels like a park to me.

Crap... I was looking at the wrong part of the map.
