    1. «What is the meaning of the key access:citizenship?» This tag determines whether there are legal restrictions on the passage of persons and goods at a checkpoint or at a control point at a checkpoint, depending on their citizenship (people) or country of origin (goods).     Foot, horse, vehicle are all details of access for me and they say that you can go through there.

    Hello, please have look on https://overpass-turbo.eu/s/12qw.
    I would prefer an access=no instead of an opening_hours=closed (if the date is known, you can add it in a note or description).

    most of these checkpoints aren't closed for a long time, when they are open, the access=no tag will be removed from the near highways and the opening_hours will be set; by the way, at the Dyomino-Aleksandrovka checkpoint, the tags foot=*, horse=*, vehicle=* were set as they were before the temporary closure of this checkpoint and it is unlikely that these tags will change after opening the checkpoint

    illiapoint, было уточнено и проверено на месте, что Авило-Фёдоровка относится к иному соседнему пункту пропуска между Авило-Успенкой и Выселками
