Added and unified name:ko on the US states. I removed the 주 suffix (which means "state") from those that had it. If you look at a state on Wikipedia you will see 주, but if you look at an actual Korean map they don't use it there.

Hi, the names are basically common knowledge from Korean maps. And the rules for changing English spelling to Korean spelling are standard. I double checked a couple spellings from Wikipedia and online korean maps.

주 means State or the state of, so it's used on documents but is unnecessary on maps since obviously they're all states.
