Hi,
Boundary for Iskandar Puteri originally from https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/682117447, with the coastal boundaries traced via satellite imagery. The dividing districts are traced from plantation boundary/highways/rivers visible from satelite imaginery, with government data (Geojohor) used to identify the key boundary dividers for non-coastal administrative areas. For administrative areas, there is no running away from official information from government sources as boundaries are drawn by humans.
