    KKS, it was not necessary to delete the "tourism=artwork" here. Yes I am sure opinions can be divided about what is art but try to err on the side of being friendly towards other mappers.

    woodpeck, I'm trying... I'm trying to do that 3 yrs. From first his account - Bondar Bohdan. I trying with this account, but my getting full of that. I try even to discus each way or changeset or polygon. I not receive any clear explanation. And beside of that I recon strange movements and behavior from Bohdan aka Mykhailo, I think he had some mental issue. I know it's not my way to discus others and we should tolerate it, but It doesn't make OSM db his own db, with only he knows what any description mean.
    After some month discussion and not get any clear answer - I take a decision to ignore his useless comments.

    Back to the business. You see photos of that "artwork"? It's not artwork it's a modern "sovieticus" road signs that mean nothing. It's not that we should to be proud. It's regional post-soviet bullshit! Sorry for word, but no other describe that better.
