Du hast hier ein Hotel eingetragen, dass schon seit Jahren als POI vorhanden ist. Diese Daten sollten mit übernommen werden oder als building=hotel gemappt werden und nicht doppelt als tourism=hotel.

Meinst du damit z.B. die Node auf den Rand des Gebäudes ziehen, um das z.B. zu beheben? Oder die Eigenschaft "Hotel" vom Gebäude nehmen und die Node stehen lassen?

Entweder den Node in das Gebäude ziehen und die Eigenschaft vom Gebäude entfernen. Oder alle Tags vom Node (nach Prüfung ob noch korrekt) auf das Gebäude übertragen und den Node löschen. Ich mache meist ersteres, das ist flexibler falls da noch ein zweites kleines Geschäft (Paketabgabe usw.) ins Gebäude einzieht.
