Hi Phillip,
Builinds in the netherlands are imported from kadaster based on how they are registered.
The Erasmus building is registered as 1 building;

I am not sure you can divide them into seperate buildings. What you can do is, go to the Dutch forum on openstreetmap and ask them there.
