Looks like an undocumented import, tags aren't yet cleaned up in 2024.

Maybe it should be reverted? But it likely would cause data damage.
On the other hand - what is the license of this dataset? Maybe we need to revert it anyway.
(at this moment I am not planning to take any action, though if local community would want help with mass removal of this unwanted tags - I can help with it)
