  Hi,
  did you check the license of this data? The website mentions a "Copyrightvermerk" is needed, OSM can't guarantee this.

  That is no problem of the licence, as long as we do not copy the course from public servers.

  The source for correct name of any element of the landscape are official maps and official data servers.
  The only way to avoid invented names is to cite the official sources.

  Normally I'd only note the GEWISS-numbers. But with "Önz"-river we have a dispute on orthography.

  Unfortunately we can not use Swisstopo, also not for correcting the spelling. Valid sources can be documents or news paper articles. Best would be a sign on the ground. But the maps and databases are definitely off limits. Sorry. I hope you will find some other source.
