This changeset has been reverted fully or in part by changeset 40488918 where the changeset comment is: revert un-discussed automatic edit. please adhere to mechanical edit policy when making such edits.

A JOSM edit of - only - fourteen (14!) footways (for which I was last editor!) selected by Overpass Query (<user name="AnkEric"/>) is NOT an "automatic edit".
This was a FIX on MY OWN edits. I should have corrected these issues during my last edit of each way. This omission was resolved by selecting my own edits by using a Query to find them. But a Query is NOT an automatic edit. A Query is just the selection of ways or nodes to edit. "Overpass Query" is NOT an UPDATE QUERY. Editing is a subsequent manual process.
It's OK to disagree about the correctness of this Changeset, but please don't shoot the method. Shooting the method makes it almost impossible to correct mistakes.
Another example: Changeset: 40044085.
Comment: "User AnkEric: Café-Restaurant: {amenity=cafe} > [amenity=pub] + [food=yes] + [cuisine=*]".
Source: "http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Template:NL:How_to_map_a:C >> amenity=pub + food=yes (if food is served) >> Do not use amenity=cafe !!!. This tag is ment for "coffee bar" or "tearoom" !!!!".
So - again - my mistake, manually corrected using the appreciated Help of Overpass Query. Now I assume it's not advised to specify "Overpass Query" as a source. Bypass secretly!
