thank you for contributing data to the OSM database using maps.me
It does look like the hotel in Talinn you added can already be found in the database. This leads me to believe that this addition of yours might have been unintentional. A lot of users think that the "add place to map" feature can be used as a personal note feature. What it really does is add the POIs to the OSM-database which is used by millions like you around the world.
If you really want to add data, please make sure it's not already there.
If you need to save your personal favorite spots, try and find the correct feature in the app. Thank you :)Any questions?
