what eggie is trying to say:
If you don't use automated upload in StreetComplete it can create pretty large, so called, bounding boxes for your changes to the database. The bounding boxes then show up on the watchlists of mappers trying to keep an eye on "their" area.
To keep your boxes small, please upload your changes before you start work in a different place or activate automated uploads if you can afford the mobile data (and don't worry should you forget to upload before you start mapping somewhere else. It's just a bit spammy, not "wrong").Here's a link to an article in the OSM Wiki explaining it a bit more. Maybe just read a bit around the wiki, that's where most information about OSM is written down :)
