A couple of observations about this changeset.

As far as I know cyclists are not allowed to use this way: https://www.openstreetmap.org/way/921469703

I also see that you added a third 16 node here: https://www.openstreetmap.org/node/151363313

It seems indeed logical to have a node there but, I pass by there quite often, last time a week ago, and never saw it.

Do you know if something changed recently in this area?

it's a contradictory situation here -> there's indeed a traffic sign that cyclists are not allowed to cycle from south to north but at the same time there's the cycle node sign leading to the north towards node 41
2) the third node 16 is indeed located there, I took pictures there (not yet uploaded to mapillary) but you can see it (by far) on this image: https://www.mapillary.com/app/?pKey=207824718254704

looking at the mapillary picture I realize that the node has always been there (picture is from October 2022) and I never payed attention to it
