Please notice that not every round structure is a roundabout. In Germany it need to be signed with the traffic_sign for roundabout. Otherwise different traffic rules apply. In this case there is even no need to go right hand.

Addendum: The lack of signage (should be a give way and a circular sign on every entry) is evident on Mapillary: https://www.mapillary.com/app/?pKey=943295216214973
