Borders are delicate objects in OSM, and should be treated with care. As such, changes to borders are always made with community consensus.

In this edit you broke some borders, for example you removed osm.org/way/130207707 from osm.org/relation/3788824/. This and other edits have broken the continuity of the boundaries.

Moreover, the Ukrainian OSM community urges everyone to refrain from editing the map of Ukraine during the war. Please see osm.wiki/wiki/RU:Russian-Ukrainian_war for relevant documentation.

To repair the boundaries, I have reverted your edit here: osm.org/changeset/131896179
